1. The service

Ruck & Rise provides digital toolkits, trackers and AI-assisted guidance for rugby development. Content is educational and does not replace coaching, medical or financial advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Players under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent.

3. Payments, cancellation & refunds

Subscriptions are billed in ZAR via Paystack (monthly or annual). You may cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing us; access continues until the end of the paid period and there are no cancellation fees.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase or first renewal. After the 14-day window, monthly payments are non-refundable and annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion. Duplicate charges and confirmed service outages of more than 7 consecutive days are always refunded. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not share your login, redistribute paid content, or use the AI mentor to generate harmful, defamatory or unlawful material.

5. Liability

Ruck & Rise is provided "as is". We are not liable for sporting outcomes, injuries, scholarship decisions or contract outcomes resulting from use of the platform.
