Yes. You can download and use Ruck & Rise for free. Optional premium content and toolkits are available for players and parents who want to go deeper.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Create your free account, then tap Start my 7-day free trial. Every premium course, toolkit and the full AI Mentor unlock instantly for 7 days. No card is taken, so there is nothing to cancel. We email you two days before it ends. When it ends, premium locks and your free modules, fixtures, results, predictions and digital CV stay exactly as they are. One trial per person.
How do I download the app?
