Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Ruck & Rise sells digital memberships (monthly and annual) that give access to rugby development toolkits, trackers and an AI mentor. All payments are processed securely in ZAR via Paystack. This policy explains how you can cancel your membership and request a refund.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings, or by emailing highschoolrugbyworld@gmail.com.
  • When you cancel, your membership will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have full access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • There are no cancellation fees.

3. Refunds

  • 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or first renewal charge.
  • Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day window, we may, at our discretion, refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis if you have not made significant use of the platform (fewer than 5 logins in the current period).
  • Monthly plans: After the 14-day window, monthly payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges: These are refunded in full, no questions asked.
  • Service outages: If a technical fault on our side prevents you from using the service for more than 7 consecutive days, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for that period.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email highschoolrugbyworld@gmail.com from the address on your account.
  2. Include your Paystack payment reference (found in your receipt email) and a short reason for the request.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete approved refunds within 7 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned via Paystack to the original card or bank account used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the affected account being suspended.
