Ruck & Rise ("we", "us") provides rugby development toolkits, trackers and an AI mentor for South African players and parents. We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, role (player / parent), age group.
• Usage data: modules viewed, tracker entries, AI mentor prompts.
• Payment data: processed by Paystack — we never store card numbers.

3. How we use it

To deliver your toolkits, personalise the AI mentor, process payments, and send essential account emails. We do not sell your data.

4. Minors

Players under 18 require a parent or guardian to consent to the processing of their personal information.

5. Your rights
